CUSTOM MALA CREATIONS
Mala beads for Meditation and Crystal Healing
Welcome to the peaceful
and meditative world of
Mala.
A Mala is a beautiful 108 beaded necklace, typically made with a combination of wood and crystal beads.
More traditionally - just wood beads.
Mala is a Sanskrit word meaning Garland.
Traditionally of Buddhist or Hindu origin, made with 108 beads along with the centre bead known as the Guru bead.
The tradition of using a Mala is to work each bead through your fingers, as you repeat your Mantra. A Mantra can be as simple as “I Am Enough” or “I Am Happiness, Contentment and Joy”.
Your Mantra should always have a high or positive vibration.
The Guru bead lies in the centre of the Mala. This is where we begin our Mantra bringing us back to the Guru bead after repetition 108 times. “Beginnings have an ending, Endings have Beginnings”. The full circle of an experience.
A mini Mala is made with 27 beads which can be used by passing all 27 beads 4 times through the fingers. A smaller Mala can be kept discreetly in your pocket or bag, to use when you wish to take time to meditate in a more public arena.
Highly recommend for children during stressful times, exams or to help with anxiety, the mini Mala can also be made bespoke to suit any need. Using Crystal therapy or basing it on favourite colours - all to aid a calmer mind.
Alternatively, take a look at the Happi-Harmoni Chakra bracelets for children, made with black and white lava beads (for balance) and specific crystal beads.
In today’s busy environment, a Mala of any size can be an immense benefit for mindfulness, emotional and spiritual support along with aiding inner peace and connection with your soul or higher self.
